Adam Howell on Send Help
We’re proud to celebrate Adam Howell, who served as Assistant Stunt Coordinator on Send Help, the darkly comedic survival thriller from acclaimed director Sam Raimi.
Starring Rachel McAdams and Dylan O’Brien, Send Help follows two colleagues who become the sole survivors of a plane crash and find themselves stranded together on a deserted island. Forced to put their workplace grievances aside, their fight for survival soon develops into an increasingly unpredictable battle of wills and wits.
With its mix of survival, horror, comedy and physical action, the film gave its stunt team plenty to take on. Adam’s work as Assistant Stunt Coordinator helped bring the film’s demanding action and survival sequences to the screen under Raimi’s distinctive direction.
The film also features Edyll Ismail, Dennis Haysbert, Xavier Samuel, Chris Pang, Thaneth Warakulnukroh and Emma Raimi, with a screenplay by Damian Shannon and Mark Swift and original music by Danny Elfman.
Originally released theatrically by 20th Century Studios on January 30, 2026, Send Help is now streaming on Hulu and through Hulu on Disney+.
