FOUNDING DECLARATION

Hitz International was founded in 2007 by Brett Chan, born from firsthand experience in a heavily political stunt environment that limited freedom, mobility, and opportunity.

The organization emerged as a response to these constraints — a commitment to creating a professional community where work is earned through skill, integrity, and attitude, not controlled by gatekeeping or territorial behavior.

It was also founded to protect the creative freedom of its members, ensuring that artistry, innovation, and individual expression could thrive without interference. What began as a simple platform to connect trusted performers across borders evolved into a global family as productions grew, international relationships formed, and members faced coordinated pushback from competing groups. Instead of allowing outside forces to dictate careers, Hitz chose unity: a collective built not on exclusion, but on character; not on politics, but on professionalism.

Today, Hitz International stands as a worldwide network of stunt performers, coordinators, action designers, horse masters, and filmmakers who share one purpose: to do exceptional work with exceptional people, anywhere in the world.

MISSION&VISION

AMENDMENTS&EVOLUTION

The Charter may be amended only through:

1. Proposal to the membership

2. Open discussion

3. Member vote

4. Final confirmation by founding members (if needed)

The Charter is designed to be timeless — evolving only with clear purpose and collective agreement.

Unity is the foundation of Hitz International.

Every member is responsible for:

  •  Protecting the culture

  •  Upholding the values

  •  The name with professionalism

  •  Supporting fellow members

  •  Conduct contributing to — never detracting from — the organization

There are no passive members. We stand as one. When you wear the name, you carry the standard.

Hitz members are ambassadors of the organization on every production. Each member represents the name through conduct, performance, communication, and attitude. Members are encouraged to advocate for fellow Hitz professionals when appropriate and aligned with production needs, ensuring that teamwork, culture, and high standards are carried forward internationally.

To reinforce unity and presence on each show, Hitz members assigned to a production will coordinate a Hitz swag run — hats, shirts, patches, or other approved items.

All participating members contribute to cost, and one member oversees ordering, distribution, and quality. Swag runs are a longstanding

tradition that support team cohesion and positive brand representation.

Promotion of the Hitz name must always remain:

  •  Respectful

  •  Professional

  •  Aligned with production leadership

  •  Consistent with Charter values

Representation is not only visual — it is behavioral. Our conduct is our calling card, and it reflects our family.

FINAL DECLARATION

This Charter defines who we are and what we represent. It is a statement of identity, a code of conduct, and a commitment to

one another. As members of Hitz International, we pledge to uphold the legacy, protect the culture, and carry the name with honor.

We are Hitz International — a family of professionals united by excellence, integrity, and loyalty.
